We understand that purchasing a jewellery piece or timepiece online requires careful consideration. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to allow you to place your order with confidence.

Returns & Exchanges within seven days

Should you wish to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition and packaging, together with all relevant documentation, certificates, and proof of purchase.

Certain items, including bespoke, customised, or special-order pieces, may be excluded from returns or exchanges where permitted by law.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Your statutory rights under applicable South African consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
